Major Sean Birchall Killed In Afghanistan

The brother of W.W.E. wrestler, Paul Burchill, was killed in action in Afghanistan. Major Sean Birchall, a 33-year-old British soldier, has died as a result of a roadside bomb explosion on June 19. Click this to read the story from The Mail.

Also, William Snip, better known to wrestling fans as Billy Red Lyons passed away on June 22 at the age of 77. Lyons was most well-known for his work as a broadcaster in the American Wrestling Association (A.W.A.) and later the W.W.E. His catchphrase was "Don'tcha dare miss it!" which I always wondered how he could say with a straight face when he was promoting some of those A.W.A. shows when the promotion was in its final days in the late 1980s.
